To further help in assisting in getting LG service set up in the future, please see the attached direction for LG’s online TMS (Ticket Management System). This should be your first step in getting service. Talking with LG on a couple of these recent cases there was some confusion with multiple tickets opened (which can happen with phone request) that can be avoided by using this TMS system. The emails below can still be used in the case of escalation- LGDealerSupport@LGECares.com & ohccc@almo.com, but lets use this TMS to start.

I hope you are all doing well. Below and attached are some exciting updates for our BlueStar brand.
- Built in refrigeration has been lowered in price. $11,995 for the single door 36in models and $12,995 for the French door 36in models. (new excel and pdf pricing to come by next week)
- New Promo purchase any range and get the hood at $500 off or buy three qualifying items and get $750 off. Can’t be combined with any other offerings.
- Induction 48in range continues to be a major hit for us. If you don’t have one on display yet it is well worth considering. This has become one of our more popular items with our leads too.
- DF range is leading the way for us in leads and sales. It has some many great features and benefits. We also have lowered lead times on these units too. - New 36in drop in gas cooktop is coming. I hope to have more information by March. This will have our DF burners so highs of 25k BTUs with an excellent 110 deg simmer on all burners too. Should be an outstanding unit for us.
- We still have excellent lead times on many items if that is a concern with other brands give us some consideration.
- KBIS is coming and we will be there. Reach out if you have any questions or need more details see attached on our location for the event.
- The Salamander and all accessories for installing these units are unfortunately being discontinued.
