Elite Extra Text Notifications

We will be launching the text notifications for deliveries soon and I just wanted to send out a reminder for the information needed for Elite Extra. You can update the customer profile to have the cell phone listed on line 1 and the office phone on the next line or below like the example shown for Triple E. 

OR you can update the phone number within the header for a one time use like the example below. Just be sure to click the One Time Use. 

Please note the phone number and any important shipping instructions must still be included in the shipping notes on the order for the drivers to see. 
There is now a section on the bottom of the website where clients can sign up for delivery text notifications. They do not have to sign up for the notifications, but we have to have it there legally to use the text notifications within Elite Extra.

Good afternoon,

I would like to take the time to compliment one of your employees, Stephanie Barnett, for the excellent service she provided to me. Stephanie went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining a piece for a project that I could not source through regular Lowe’s means. She gathered the product info, called me back, arranged for payment of product, and even was able to set it up to be shipped directly to the store once it was received. When the item arrived she called and informed me that it was in and that it would be going out via UPS the next day. The product was very well protected and I am thankful for all the assistance. Please thank her for what she did to make my life and my customer life a lot easier.
