In viewing the catalog you may be surprised to find some new items and changes including the following

• The Tuff Form8 line has been rebranded to TrueDEK Classic8
• The reason for rebranding the Tuff Form8 to the TrueDEK Classic8 was mainly to separate the US from the UK. We rebranded UKs Tuff Forms to TrueDEK Classics and now we are doing the same for the Tuff Form8s 
• Hopefully the rebranding will also help customers when choosing a drain. We often get questions regarding which drain is required with the Tuff Form8s; now that the name is TrueDEK Classic8 we are hoping one can pair the Classic8 with the Classic drains without hesitation
• The CD1220-BS, CD1221-CH and the CD1223-BK grid pattern drains have all been discontinued
• We do have the CD1222-ORB drains in stock and available; however, once our stock is depleted this drain will no longer be available
• NEW TrueDEK Linear Tub Replacement : item code 21210
• This base was previously announced as the NEW TrueDEK Linear – the reason for rebranding the NEW TrueDEK Linear to the TrueDEK Linear Tub Replacement was to separate this base from the other TrueDEK Linear bases. This base will not always be new and therefore cannot always be marketed as new

• The TrueDEK Linear Tub Replacement base is not directly comparable to the other TrueDEK Linear bases as this base is made of GRP (same as the TrueDEK Classics) and can be cut up to within 4″ of the drain
• This base does have drains specific to it; the drains cannot be interchanged with the other TrueDEK Linear bases. Item codes 21211 & 21228
• Like the Tuff Form8 rebranding to the TrueDEK Classic8 we are hoping the TrueDEK Linear Tub replacement rebrand will help customers when pairing the base and drain
• NEW FastDEK Linear Shower Bases : item codes 23964-WH, 23977-WH & 23975-WH

• These bases are similar to the other FastDEKs in that they can be cut just bearing in mind that once cut there will be no finished edge
• These bases do come complete with the drain; however, spare stainless steel drain covers are available : item codes 23957-WH, 23958-WH & 23959-WH
• NEW Shower Screens & Deflector Panels 

• Shower screens are now available in chrome or black finish
• Deflector panels are now available! They are available in chrome or black finish
• NEW Origins Wall Panels 

• Only stocked wall panel kits are included in the catalog
• Non-stocked wall panel kits are available as special order and with an 8-12 week lead time 
• The cost per non-stocked kit is the same as those that are stocked
• NEW FastNICH Shower Niches : item codes 27802-WH, 27801-WH, 27800-WH & 27800-BK

As we prepare for the launch of new under counter units, the following tools are available for dealers, sales associates and trade members. (Note that the custom panel dimension requirements for the new line have changed vs. the old line which may cause some panels already made for old model order that were not shipped before running out!) Please be on the look-out for further dealer communication re: under counter orders in the coming weeks.

Due to the overwhelming increase in orders, Julien is currently suspending their drop ship option. Orders that are already in the system that requested drop ship directly to the consumer are being honored. 

Waterworks will be discontinuing Surfaces offerings in our Boutique Partner locations due to low margins and lack of sales.

In order to give your sales teams time to close any open quotes, your current discount will apply for any orders placed through Friday September 3^rd, 2021, which is 8 full weeks from now.  After this date, your discount for Surfaces will change to Trade pricing, which is typically 20% off of List pricing for most Surfaces collections.

We will be replacing the existing Surfaces concept boards with higher margin products, so both you and your sales teams will experience higher profitability. We expect this change to be positive; we are already seeing profitable results with the onset of these changes in multiple partner locations.

Your Regional Manager will be following up with you this week to review plans for your showroom going forward. They will provide you with revised floor plans, a list of display products and the dates that you can expect to receive display product shipments. Waterworks will provide on-site support to set up your new displays, as well as provide a plan for disposal of your remaining Surfaces concept boards.

After September 3^rd, please partner with your Regional Manager for any clients who would like to order Surfaces out of your showroom, and they can assist in providing a quote with Trade pricing.

It was brought to my attention that there was an error in the caulk listed on page 35, the waterproofing kits; this should read acrylic caulk and not 100% silicone caulk. I was able to catch the printing company just in time. Plates were being made for printing to begin Monday morning. I have corrected the file and attached it for reference/use. 

For those that have sent this on, I sincerely apologize for the mistake! The printed copies will be correct.
