Great news! Our lead times are now shorter than ever, and they happily continue to drop. For those of you who know me, I’m not prone to overpromising and under-delivering, but this is important news for your entire team to know, so please help us by spreading the word. 

Our most popular finishes are estimated to ship in 1-2 weeks or less! 

• Polished Chrome – 1 week
• Satin Nickel – 1 week
• Polished Nickel – 1 week
• Matte Black – 2 weeks
• Bella Terra Bronze – 2 weeks

Other popular, but more complex, finishes are estimated to ship in 4 weeks or less! 

• Burnished Brass – 4 weeks
• Burnished Nickel – 4 weeks
• Polished Brass Uncoated – 4 weeks
• Antique Brass Flat – 4 weeks
• Antique Nickel Flat – 4 weeks
• Antique Copper Flat – 4 weeks

PVD Finishes:

Reminder: Because our product is custom “built-to-order,” not mass produced, these lead times are estimates. Therefore, while we usually ship faster than the estimated time, occasionally unforeseen circumstances may cause the time to be exceeded. 

The reduced lead times are especially gratifying for us because they represent the hard-won fruits of many strategic investments in our factory, our operations and, most importantly, our people. I was going to announce these improvements over a month ago, but I wanted to be extra sure we’re doing this consistently and that it can be sustained for the long haul. Please note that we evaluate our lead times based on actual factory performance data. We are not making “pie in the sky” promises, but rather are confident in our data-driven commitments. 

Even more exciting is that we expect all our lead times to continue to drop further in the coming months as our investments continue to pay off. 

Only a handful of other companies in the world produce custom “build-to-order” faucets (i.e., any spout with any handle in any of more than 25 artisan finishes).  But only one can do it at scale, with unrivalled speed and friendly customer service:  California Faucets. Moreover, these lead time improvements make the choice between artisan product and mass-produced product an absolute no brainer. It begs the question:  Why would any luxury-minded customer buy mass produced product when they can get award-winning luxury artisan product swiftly?

Answer: They wouldn’t.
