There is an old saying that I use when talking about the importance of using a Verbal or Written Agenda at the beginning of your meeting.
“You tell them what you are going to tell them. Then you tell them. Then you tell them what you told them.”
The agenda lets the suspect know up front that the purpose of this meeting is to determine if there is a need for your product or service and provide a customized solution.
It also puts you in control and prevents information dumping.
Make time today to write out and practice your verbal or written agenda.

Blanco Updates

Please see attached regarding the new Soft white and Volcano Gray for Silgranit sinks. I am hopeful that we will have chip samples and will be shipping the new colors by end of this month. Also the metal basket strainers and flanges are finally arriving at Blanco. Should be in a positive stock within the next month.

What motivates you to do the right thing even when no one is watching?
Is it Reward or Consequence?
In other words, what happens if I do or what happens if I don’t?
Personally, I’m motivated by the reward, however, there are certain situations where the consequence of not doing something is the driver for getting it done.
