Emtek New Policies and New Slim Mortise hardware

The upcoming Narrow Style Mortise Locks are also in the attached.  These are expected to be available any day.  I will send the announcement and addendum as soon as they are released.
I am attaching the new CRC Dash DEALER INFORMATION PORTAL overview and application.  This will be very helpful in checking order, credits etc., with no need to call Emtek customer service.

EMTEK ANNOUNCES NEW PRICE BOOKS

I received an announcement from Emtek late yesterday announcing New Price Books being introduced early this year. Typically, new price books are shipped end of December and go into effect early February.
Emtek states this is necessary due to market driven increases in labor and material.  Many prices will change.  I have attached PDF versions of the new price books.
*    Price books will start shipping to dealers on August 28, 2017
*    Product code spreadsheets with new prices will be made available for dealers
      early to mid October for downloading.
*    New Price Books will go into effect October 16, 2017.
 
I had no advance warning this was happening and apologize for any issues this may cause.

Q4 – Price Alignment Strategy

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – Effective October 1, 2017 Jenn-Air will align all active models with varying designs (Pro, Euro, Black Floating Glass) to one consistent UMRP price strategy. Historically, Pro Handle designs have seen a $100 increase in price vs Euro, however with this adjustment the UMRP will be the same regardless of the design. On existing Euro models that do not have a compatible Pro Handle (i.e steam oven) there will not be a change in the existing UMRP.
