Attached are both the Standard Dealer and Retail only price books for Trade-Wind that will be in effect on August 1, 2022.  Just a reminder that Trade-Wind is passing thru an 11% increase across-the-board on their products.  They have also added 16 new items (duct covers or hoods) to provide customers with the capability of accommodating either a 10’ or 12’ ceiling.  These are noted in the books attached and Excel files sent out previously.  Effective with this change, the Builder Schedule will become TE when referencing pricing on your Builder Quotes.

We appreciate your patience as we restructure and evaluate our products and pricing. We chose to separate the product catalog from the pricing so that the catalog and product information can be readily available for your customer and the general public, keeping our pricing privatized for our dealers and customers. This was a long process which also helped us to reevaluate our current pricing.
It is no secret that the cost of material and running a business has drastically changed over the last several years. AMI has done its best to absorb those costs but can no longer afford to do so. Effective August 1, 2022, the 4% Raw Material Surcharge will no longer need to be applied to your order and our new pricing will be implemented. Attached is AMI’s newest price list which includes the 4% raw material surcharge already factored in with the increase- no additional increases need to be applied upon ordering. 
Reminders: -AMI Cultured Marble pricing is list price and your account multiplier should be used to determine your cost. If you need assistance with pricing or would like to obtain a quote, we encourage you to call the office or email quotes@mitops.com. We are happy to answer your questions!
-Pricing for solid surface material is at your cost and your multiplier should NOT be applied. For large solid surface custom kitchens and vanity tops may need to be estimated and measured for an accurate quote. Please email quotes@amitops.com for more information.
-AMI order forms are required on ALL orders submitted. This is to ensure that your customer’s order is manufactured efficiently and accurately. Failure to submit order forms with a purchase order, may delay the manufacturing process. 
-Current lead times are approximately 2-6 weeks from order date. Many of our standard marble colors are available immediately and manufactured within 2-4 weeks. We are seeing some of our granite colors back ordered and product availability may vary based on color selection. We suggest calling our office to determine the lead time on a specific color.
