Thank you for your on-going support throughout this year. We continue to do our best to adjust and serve you during these unprecedented times. We’d like to take this time to share with you our NEW pricing activated as of July 5, 2022. Details on new pricing, as well as a letter from our President, Paul Storch, can be found attached.
To make this transition as seamless as possible, we will continue to honor your CURRENT pricing for products scheduled to ship by July 1, 2022. We will also gladly fulfill any last-minute orders that are for immediate shipping on July 1, 2022.
We encourage you to revisit any Open Quotes expiring after July 1st, to have it shipped before the NEW pricing is activated on July 5th.
As for Open Orders, we will honor the CURRENT pricing for any order scheduled to be shipped by July 1st. Any order scheduled to be shipped after that date should be revisited.
Please reach out if you would like to make updates or changes to your open quote or open order before new pricing is activated.

A few things to note, this attached version has been compressed to be able to send via e-mail. However in doing so, some of the line drawing images may be distorted. A larger file version can be found using the link below.. (The PDF and Excel Versions are under tab that says “pricing”)
In addition to this PDF version and the excel version that I have previously sent, a printed version of the price book is currently in production and will hopefully be available in late July/Early August.

Hardware Renaissance Pricing
Please click on the links below to download our new 2022 price lists. As communicated earlier, there is a 5% across-the-board price increase from June 1, 2022.
While we have been unable to avoid this price increase after 17 months of continuously rising costs, we are pleased to say that our LEAD TIMES are holding steady at approximately 8-10 weeks for standard products. We also have the Quick-Ship program for selected cabinet hardware in bronze.
We truly appreciate you being a part of our dealer family. Our goal is to provide SOLUTIONS to you and your customers. Toward that end, our smaller size enables us to be nimble and flexible.
Freight Terms Update as of June 1 2022

| Dear Valued Partner: Thank you for your partnership as we continue to navigate the highs and lows of these changing times. Our industry has not escaped the cost increases in shipping, both in terms of overseas freight as well as dramatic increases in overland shipping due to the rising cost of diesel fuel. In order to better align freight cost with our freight program, we are updating our freight terms effective June 1st.We are suspending our FFA program.LTL shipping rates will change as follows: |
| FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders that ship LTL on a standard pallet (other than bathtubs and LTL kitchen sinks) are shipped at a per standard pallet flat freight rate of $275 in California, $350 elsewhere in the contiguous United States, and $375 to Canada. Bathtubs incur an additional cost of $150 each. Purchase Orders may not be combined for flat rate shipping. FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR LTL KITCHEN SINKS: Most Native Trails kitchen sinks ship via ground. The few that must ship LTL, as noted in the price book, incur a different flat freight rate, when shipped alone. A single LTL kitchen sink and drain/bottom grid is shipped at a flat rate of $175 in California, $265 elsewhere in the contiguous United States, and $330 to Canada. Please note, we are maintaining the current pallet rate for those Native Trails kitchen sinks that ship LTL.Page 2 of your Native Trails Price Book will need to be updated with these new terms. BLUESTAR LEAD TIMES ARE STRONG 1-2 WEEKS ON RANGES or FREESTANDING REFRIGERATION CAN BE PAINTED (GE CAFE alternatives)
I just wanted to reach out and remind you that we have some strong options on lead times right now. Please reach out if you need any support at all.
Most ranges are 1-2 weeks in SS and a few weeks more for custom options included
Range Tops 2 weeks
Low priced ranges starting at $4,795 open burner models you can get in custom options right now and those are 2 weeks for SS and 4 for colors
Freestanding refrigeration is 1 week for SS and these can be painted and add trim as well new which adds a few more weeks only
Built in Refrigeration 8 weeks and Electric Wall ovens 8-10 weeks (not great but better than some brands so worth mentioning)
Columns are a challenge but depending on the configuration we may have them available its worth checking the lead times

Valsan 2022 Price List and Flip Doc – Effective May 16, 2022
Attached is the new Valsan price list in Excel, as well as a searchable Flip Doc below, which goes into effect May 16, 2022.

To be clear, this is a 10% increase over the price list that we issued on September 6, 2021. Unfortunately, given the current volatility of raw materials and transportation, it is impossible for us to print a new price list at this time. One alternative is to add 20% to the Spring 2019 price list in your binder, which would give you the new suggested retail. This is true across the board except for shower rods. Another alternative is to request a printable price list of just our model numbers in numeric order. To have that emailed to you, please reply to this email with the words Printable Price List and we will email it to you.
