Costanzo Appliance Installations
As we head into one of our busiest seasons of the year, our installation schedule is filling up quickly. To ensure we can accommodate your projects and provide the level of service our clients expect, we kindly ask that appliance installations be scheduled with a minimum of four weeks’ notice whenever possible.
We understand that construction schedules can change, and we will always do our best to help with urgent situations. However, providing advance notice gives us the best opportunity to coordinate deliveries, perform site inspections, and reserve installation dates that align with your project timeline.
If you have projects anticipated for the summer months, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to secure your preferred installation dates.
Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you on your upcoming projects.

Miele- Help Us Help You
The MasterCool III product spec sheets have been updated to clearly identify the accessories required for each installation type: flush with a kitchen cabinet panel, flush with a stainless-steel panel, or proud in stainless steel (please see the example below).
You can find the spec sheets in the Spec Library.
Attached is something my team and I put together on steam ovens. The middle page is designed for you to refer to when talking to customers when you get “stuck” and are a little unsure and need some quick go-to’s on what to say about the steam ovens. Sometimes you just need a few quick topics as to why one over the other – this will help with that. We are working on doing this with other categories so I would LOVE and APPRECIATE your FEEDBACK on this. What are you looking for? How can I help you sell the product? (Don’t tell me about things I can’t fix like eta’s and model numbers) can I create these little sheets for you? Do these help you? What do you want to know more about? What are you struggling with?
Increased Lead Times for Select Waterworks Tubs
As many of you are aware, we are currently transitioning production for select bathtubs to a new facility. As production ramps up at the new location, there will be an adjustment period during the transition.
Following additional discussions with our production manager last week at both facilities, the transition is progressing ahead and is now expected to be completed in early July. Based on these discussions, we have agreed to reduce the temporary lead time for both freestanding tubs and for acrylic/drop-in tubs. The factory anticipates that lead times will continue to improve over the next few months as production stabilizes.
At this time, we will not be accepting or approving rush orders. This temporary measure is necessary to allow the production team to stabilize scheduling, maintain quality standards, and ensure consistent delivery timelines during the transition.
Please review the updated lead times attached, which are now live in the portal. If you have a specific client order that requires attention, please contact your Regional team member, who will coordinate directly with the Product Procurement team.
We understand these changes may affect project planning and client expectations, so please clearly communicate the updated lead times during the quoting and sales process.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation, patience, and support as we work through this transition.
