The MasterCool III product spec sheets have been updated to clearly identify the accessories required for each installation type: flush with a kitchen cabinet panel, flush with a stainless-steel panel, or proud in stainless steel (please see the example below).

Attached is something my team and I put together on steam ovens. The middle page is designed for you to refer to when talking to customers when you get “stuck” and are a little unsure and need some quick go-to’s on what to say about the steam ovens. Sometimes you just need a few quick topics as to why one over the other – this will help with that.
