This announcement also marks a homecoming of sorts: our Founder & CEO, David Littman, was previously involved with Sonneman as a co-owner through 2018. By bringing Sonneman back into the HVLG family, we’re not just adding new products—we’re adding new possibilities.

M-CORE 1213 | 2 Piece Cartridge Update

• The M-CORE 1213 replacement cartridge and 1213 cartridges within M-CORE 3-Series trim kits will begin transitioning production to the new 2-piece design in late June. This is a running change to all existing M-CORE 1213 replacement cartridges and M-CORE 3-Series trim kits.
• Cartridge updates designed to aid in the installation process include:
  • Combined cartridge and pressure balancing puck into one piece.
  • Pressure balance puck includes an O-ring retaining channel.
  • Pressure balance puck features hot and cold markings to aid in proper orientation.
• Model numbers for the 1213 replacement cartridge and all M-CORE 3-Series trim kits will remain the same. The transition to a 2-piece cartridge design is rolling out on the 1213 replacement cartridge and cartridges within the M-CORE 3-Series trim kits. Timing for transition of the 1212 replacement cartridge and 1212 cartridge within 2-Series M-CORE trim kits is anticipated in approximately two months and will be communicated as Moen prepares for their transition.

Attached is a revised Flat Rate sheet that now includes the Inteos workstation sinks. Not a surprise that the 30” & 33” versions fall under the $30 flat rate and the 39” & 45” versions must ship LTL.

• Quick Ship Program: We remain committed to a reliable 72-hour turnaround as our current guarantee, while our internal targets aim for a more aggressive 24-hour turnaround as we further optimize our processes.
• Expedite Program: Although this service is currently temporarily suspended as we focus on essential operational enhancements, this is not a permanent change. We are actively evaluating the timeline for its reinstatement and will keep you informed of any updates.
