• On page 4 you will find the new reversible Baci Senior mirrors, the 304 and 314 series.  This has been highly requested.  The new LED reversible mirrors are 0X on one side and a choice of 5X, 7X or 10X on the opposite side.

• The Baci basic line is now available in polished nickel.

Dear Sales Reps and Showrooms,
 
We’d like to share an update regarding a few of our collections. The following lines will be phased out as existing stock sells through:

·         Edge – discontinued effective 11/1/2025 (accessories are not discontinued)

·         Jem – discontinued effective 11/1/2025

·         La Fleur – discontinued immediately due to lack of stock

·         York – approximately one year of inventory remaining; discontinued once stock is depleted

This decision was made after careful consideration as we continue to streamline our assortment and create space for new collections.
 
Please note that York will remain on our website and available to sell until inventory is depleted. While the above four collections will not appear in future catalogs, Edge accessories will remain featured.

The Waterworks Distribution Center is currently addressing a backlog of shipments and is putting in considerable effort to restore our standard service levels of 4-5 business days.

• LTL picked through 8/18

Please find below a reminder on the approval process and approvers for expedited shipping service levels (S02, S03) until service levels return to normal.

Prior approvals are required for any priority-level shipments—specifically, levels S02 and S03. Requests for Expedited shipments must be received prior to 11:00 AM Eastern
