Hansgrohe Service Center and Shipping departments will be closed from Thursday 4/17 at 4pm EST until Monday 4/21 at 8am EST.

Promotion

• New to the Viking BOGO promotion is the option for the customer to take $1,000 off the qualifying product purchased (the dealer price is adjusted according to the new UMRP to maintain margin). This is a great option for a customer looking for a single appliance (or wall oven/cooktop combo), but we still have the popular dishwasher, microwave drawer, and cookware choices available as free options at high values. New Product Introductions

• NEW PRODUCT UPDATE: 7 Series Refrigeration Redesign
  • Viking is excited to announce the upcoming release of new integrated refrigeration products with pre-booking beginning this month. These state-of-the-art models will be available in Q3 2025, delivering the latest in refrigeration technology and premium design.
  • In preparation for this launch, please note that inventory of current 7 Series refrigeration models will be extremely limited or unavailable until the new models arrive in Q3 2025. To stay informed on inventory availability, please check the Middleby Residential dealer portal or reach out to me for assistance. All orders for remaining stock will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

• NEW PRODUCT UPDATE: FDWU324 Dishwasher Discontinued
  • Due to low demand, Viking will discontinue the FDWU324 panel-ready dishwasher. Inventory is limited to quantities on hand.
  • The popular VDWU324SS stainless steel dishwasher will continue to be available. If a panel-ready dishwasher is needed, the FDWU524 and FDWU724 panel-ready dishwashers are excellent options.

• 5 Series Refrigeration – the new R600A refrigerant models are available to order, though we still have some inventory of the previous models left (guide attached)

Viking in Color

• Consumers are loving the new Viking greens (attached)
• I’m glad to provide any color samples you need – and I’ll request a few metal ones from the factory if you have a designer or end user who really needs that form as well
• Lead times for painted cooking pieces are about the same as stainless steel new production but a few weeks longer for refrigeration and ventilation

We are excited to announce an extension of our current $200 Off Installation dishwasher promotion to further build on the strong momentum we’ve seen. The promotion will now run until May 31st, 2025. All other conditions and the qualifying models remain the same.

Promotion Details:

1. Purchase Period:                         January 20^th – May 31^st, 2025
2. Delivery Deadline:                       June 30^th, 2025

Today, we say goodbye to LINDEN suite, a series we have known for years.      Delta recommends that LINDEN series be replaced by SAYLOR series.          Below are the Linden models, and the recommended Saylor models to replace.

Delta strives to update their lines based on customer feedback and trends.       SAYLOR suite is a similar, updated suite Delta launched that will fill the void of the departure of Linden.

Please note that we’re unfortunately experiencing extended lead times on AGA and CornuFe dual fuel ranges at this time due to a value shortage in Europe. Induction is not impacted with either brand though.

Here are the new lead times for AGA and CornuFe dual fuel ranges until mid-April 2025 when we’ll be back on track with the standard 12-week lead time and keeping popular models in stock stateside. Each week, the lead time for new production will go down by at least one week thankfully.

AGA: 14 weeks

CornuFe: 17 weeks

We’re prioritizing all open POs in order of receipt, and I’ll touch base on any orders that will experience delays beyond the originally communicated ETAs.

Again, induction is not impacted, so please consider that as an option if a customer is on the fence about which cooktop type but needs their range sooner than later. Very sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me on any status checks, and I’ll work to find the best timing information possible for you and the client.
