Stone Forest’s new pricing will go into effect July 15th. I attached both the pdf and the excel version of the new price list. As soon as we have printed lists, we will distribute them.

The Elemental Collection is listed on pages 8 through 16 and includes new codes for some items as well asa couple of new pieces like the Elemental mirror, Side Table and Vanity configurations.If you are uploading the excel file into your system please make note that the Terra sinks and vanity optionsnow have a different code.

Overall price increases are modest, but if you are working with a customer on either honed basalt, carrara orwhite onyx for any of our designs please make them aware that those prices will increase since the material cost increased considerably.

Recently I sent over the Fleurco Price list effective 7/1/19.  Please disregard and used the attached.

I have included a revised master list that has all current pricing that will go into effect on 7/1/19 including the newly added 17% tariff increase on all the medicine cabinets. If you have already updated your systems, you can use the medicine cabinet spreadsheet to update only those SKU’s.

Effective May 28, 2019, new list prices will be established for Estate and Reserve products.

Below are the details:

·         The price increase is a result of the May 10, 2019 tariff announcement by the US government; tariff on Baldwin items changed from 10% to 25%.

·         3.50% price increase, effective Tuesday, May 28, 2019 (Estate and Reserve)

·         Orders placed prior to May 28, 2019 will be entered using current list prices.

·         Orders placed starting May 28, 2019 will be entered using the new list prices.

·         To avoid significant stress to our supply chain, total customer purchases should not exceed 110% of their prior month’s unit volume unless there was a previously scheduled job or event.

·         Baldwin Marketing will provide new price book PDFs and printed price books with updated list pricing; we will communicate the timing once the details are finalized.

Attached are the sell sheets for the new Savvy Smart Mirror along with a few other changes that Electric Mirror has instituted. 

1) The cabinets pricing has been lowered by approximately 15% along with new rough in dimensions. The rough in dimensions for the new cabinets are on the website, the dimensions in the book are now incorrect.
2) I have included the 2019 spiff form that is good through the rest of the year.
3)   Although we don’t have a retail price insert (which is expected to be sent to you early May, which will require the 4 ring binders to join the price book), we do have a PDF of a retail price sheet (attached). The Savvy product is a 40% off item if the dealer does not display Savvy. The display discount for Savvy is 67.2% off (.328 multiplier), and we are not offering a deeper discount for display. Once a dealer has a Savvy unit on display and working in the showroom, we can improve the discount to 50% off.  We will do some training on Savvy closer to May, but the big idea is the Savvy uses Iris glass that allows the TV to vanish when off. It has an HDMI so it can be used like our TV, but it is also WIFI ready and apps can be downloaded from the Google Play store. There are also default apps preloaded such as weather, clock, etc. In addition to the Savvy price sheet, I have attached a Savvy 
spec sheet with some of this product information. You can send this to your dealers and we are taking orders starting now. The lead time will be 4-6 weeks for all items for now, but starting in June we will have the 3 units in stock that are listed as in stock in the retail price guide.  One thing to note about the Iris glass…since Savvy uses Iris glass, the reflection is slightly darker than the mirror used with our other products. This may be noticeable if installed side by side on the same wall. The non-Savvy lighted mirrors are not available with Iris, and Savvy is not available without Iris, so we need to communicate this in order to avoid surprises. 

4)  Lastly, the Northstar on pages 102 and 104 have been discontinued and are no longer available.
