ISE is releasing a new digital instant hot tank that will replace the current tank, HWT-00.  Attached is the customer letter, spec sheet, pricing and sell sheet.

Effective with orders placed May 1^st, 2019, ISE will be contacting customers who have not switched model numbers to the new tanks on their purchase orders.

I will be reviewing this information with your salespeople as I make calls in May.  Please distribute/post these documents.

If you have an working instant hot or a non-working tank shell on display, please let me know so that we can determine the best course of action to update it.

Attached is the list of Gerber Vitreous china fixtures designated for retirement in 2019.  These items will be reflected in the 2019 List price book as discontinued – unless there is no inventory remaining at press time.

Effective April 1, 2019, the following list of vitreous china fixtures we will become retired according to the Expected Date shown.  At that time, these products will be available while supplies last. 

*  The current collection of Ultra Flush bowls will be replaced by a new set of combined bowls beginning May 1, 2019
