Attached are the price increase notices for Cove, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Best. Asko price isn’t increasing at this time. Please by attention to the dates. The estimated price increase is:
- 6.5% – Sub-Zero
- 5% – Wolf
- 5% – Cove
- 6.75% – Best
- 0% – Asko
All orders placed by September 30th, and shipped by March 4th, except DF and IR ranges. Dual Fuel and Induction Range models must be shipped by May 6th.
All orders, except DFs and IRs, will be repriced on March 5th. Dual Fuel and Induction Ranges will be repriced on May 7th.
The price books will become available late August and early September.

MTI Price increase Effective August 13, 2021
As the attached Price increase announcement explains, we will have another price increase effective on August 13th, 2021. We had hoped to avoid another increase, but our suppliers continue to significantly raise our pricing. This increase will be a 5% increase across the board. Please read the attached letter regarding outstanding special quoted pricing.
Alape Price Book 2021-2022
Please see attached the New Alape Price Book and the list of articles that can be uploaded. There is a 3% increase and it will go into effect 7/1/21.
Also attached is a list of sinks that can be used with the new CYO Series by Dornbracht.
