As you all are aware, last year we rewrote our freight program. The main intention was to simplify and make it easier for our dealers to sell Barclay Products. By all measurements, the new program has been a success. While the intention was to set it and forget it, after a full year of implementation, as well as changes in various market conditions, we need to make some adjustments to the program. These changes will go into effect on May 1st. 

There are two main changes: 

1. Purchase orders with a net cost of $2,500 – $3,500.00 will now be subject to a flat $150.00 freight charge. PO’s of $3,500+ will be FFA.
2. Adjustment and clarification of drop ship / residential shipments, for both ground and freight shipments. This is for orders shipped to a location that is not a registered dealer location.    

One other note regarding shipping, if you have not already noticed, we did add the shipping category to the product page of each item on our website. 

Please find and share with the dealers in your territory the attached updated programs and announcement letter. 

Important Notice – ERP Upgrade

BLANCO is upgrading to SAP S/4HANA. Our ERP system will be unavailable April 16–22, 2026. Please place time-sensitive orders by April 8, 2026, as orders after this date may not ship before downtime. Orders received during the migration will begin processing April 23, 2026; please allow up to 72 business hours, and confirmations will be sent once complete

I was just notified that Brava has gone out of business.  Brava is a free item on the current Viking Consumer Promotion.  I have attached the revised Viking Consumer Promotion and the claim form for the Viking cookware.  This change is effective immediately.
