I’m Too Poor To Do Things Cheap!
This statement was said to a salesperson after the price was quoted for an expensive product. “I’m too poor to do things cheap so I will get this one.” Two things had to happen early on in the conversation. The Salesperson sold value and not price from beginning to end which meant the customer realized that an investment was being made in a quality product that was going to last.
Only the wealthy can afford to buy the same thing twice because they went cheap the first time around.
Don’t allow your customer to fall into that trap. Impress on them the importance of doing it right the first time. It’s an investment not a cost! You can also pass along this quote from one customer to another.

- I am VERY excited to share our products have returned to their normal 2 or 4 week lead times! Lead times were moved in on existing orders to maintain their spot in the queue.

- We are currently between 48-72 business hours for our email response time.
Bryn Mawr – Brushed Black
- We are currently unable to produce Bryn Mawr in the Brushed Black finish. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by October 14th.
Classic and Inspire (previously Special Order) finishes, Profiles vanities, and stone tops are back to a 4 week lead time.
All other cabinets, wall mirrors, vanities (Essentials (previously Stock) finishes), lighting, and glass tops are back to a 2 week lead time. To review standard lead times, visit here.

· It is important for customers to know not to use cleaning agents containing hydrochloric acid, chlorine bleaching lye or acetic acid. These can cause considerable damage to the finish of Hansgrohe and Axor products.

Sonia Inventory Availability

I was informed there was an issue with the inventory spreadsheet I sent this past Tuesday. I’ve attached a new copy to this email. Please note:
- Discontinued items – RED marked items (183 SKU´s). These products are NO longer available and there is NO stock in Cleveland and or Spain. Needs to be taken OUT of the system if you still have these active.
- Phase Out products 2020 – These items are YELLOW marked (417 SKU´s) and have inventory in Cleveland. Sales will be accepted while stocks last. Once depleted the status will change to RED also. Please check for updates closer to ordering date as inventory is moving daily.
- All other items are current (898 SKU´s) – We have included here 360+ NEW products and the balance is what we were carrying before. Some new products are coming in with the next container (Code 2020, Play 2020, Quick) Epoque and Luce which were soft launched before is already in stock now.
