Please see below the CS-1400RIM. It is a solutions piece that has its place on every sales floor. It’s on page 8 of the attached price guide. This piece is 30” wide and 67” tall, reflecting the old Kelvinator/Gibson footprint from the 60s and 70s. This is a great solution for that customer that has older cabinetry, but wants something a little nicer than a short top mount. It also becomes a competitive builder piece for projects. It can be paired up to make a SxS arrangement as well (See below photo).They also have the same piece without the ice maker. This can go in the regular freestanding lineup in your store(s). Just wanted to outline Miele’s RA procedures and policies.

When you need to do an RA:

• Fill out the attached form
• Send form and photos to DealerSupport@mieleusa.com and CC myself
• In the subject line please start with “Return Request” and then add whatever you need to after

All RA requests must be accompanied by the Returns Form AND pictures.  If we do not receive the form and pictures, an RA will not be issued.

To clarify what we need pictures of:

• Never Opened Product:
  • Picture of the product label with clear shot of SN
  • Pictures of the other three sides of the unit
  • Picture of the unit show properly packaged
    • In original packaging
    • On a standard shipping pallet
    • Strapped to said shipping pallet

• Opened Product/Concealed Damage:
  • Pictures of ALL of the above PLUS
  • Picture of the concealed damage
  • Picture of SN tag from the unit itself (if unit was completely unpackaged)

One of the main purposes of the pictures is to determine and confirm any restocking fees that may not need to be applied.  For reference here the restock fee table.  When our returns warehouse gets the product back they give it a grade.

LG’s new go-to market strategy on pricing is now implemented on this promo calendar- SLP (Straight Line Pricing).  Moving forward into 2021 there will be 6 major promo’s throughout the year, in which all other times we will have one consistent price to buy off of.  This should greatly simplify pricing/ buy in strategies moving forward.  This new strategy will also deliver better overall margin when competing at PMAP.  The next promo scheduled after BF is Presidents Day promo in February
