Basco is implementing a 5% price increase on labor charges for all configurations and services offered in our Installation Network. This increase is required due to the continued upward pressure on wages demanded in the marketplace to acquire and retain a quality installation workforce. This increase will take effect on November 2, 2020. Good afternoon,It’s been awhile since I’ve been to your showroom and too long since I’ve traveled. So in an effort to keep in contact I thought I would send a TOTO update understanding much of this you may already know since your rep(Chris) is wonderful.
First of all, thank you for agreeing to become an A Showroom. The execs at TOTO wanted to recognize our important partners and I’m so glad to have you all on board. Since the Neorests and Washlet + products have been placed in the showroom I have already heard a couple of great wins. If you have any wins, please let me know.Here is one example when asked how the new products are working in the showroom:

And has already been useful for showing the differences between the Washlets and what I mean by the “plate” to cover the Washlet+ hole on the SS124. 
Washlet UpdateThe Washletupdate is most of the products in the line are off of allocation and we will see shorter lead times moving forward. Due to the high demand TOTO had to increase production.
