SONIA Code & Play
With the new SONIA catalogs we have new colors in the Code and Play collections. New WOOD SAMPLE boxes will be delivered to each showroom which includes the current Epoque, Evolve, Play 2020 and Code 2020 colors. The new units are in stock already so can be sold and supplied when required.
The OLD models, same technically, but with the 2019 color options are also still available. The displays in Westlake and Bedford are therefore current. The same applies to our inventory. Just so we all feel confident in selling what is available, the following summaries by collection and size. Within both collections pretty much all colors still available. (see the attached list for more details)
NOTE:
The Play 2020 will not offer the 24 and 48” models anymore so these sizes only apply for the 2019 collections while stocks last. Given the quantity in stock we have some time to get used to that.
The Play 2020 will come with 5 handle color options. This is NOT available on the 2019 collections where handles are chrome only. (can not be taken out as they are attached by a very resistant glue and would damage the panel)

The colors in the item color indicate the following status:
RED: Discontinued and NO inventory left, not available for re-order
AMBER: Products will phase out over the next 12 months, sales possible while stocks last. Re-order limited and needs to be verified
GREEN: Inventory program 2021. The effort is made to have this in-stock at all times, some new models are to be ramped up as products become available in Spain. Current availability 90%
No Color: Current program 2021 but with no stock commitment. Lead time may apply.

Newport Brass Lead Time – UPDATE – GREAT NEWS!
GREAT NEWS! — Effective today 11/9/20 — Newport Brass lead times are now back to standard production lead times.
- Newport Brass Valves/Roughs = 1 day
- Newport Brass ReadyShip Products = 1 week
- Ginger = 1 week
- Newport Brass Non-ReadyShip MADE TO ORDER = 4 weeks
Orders entered on/after 11/9/20 will have the updated lead times.
Current orders in-house will remain at their original assigned shipment dates.

- We are currently surpassing our goal response time of 48 business hours for all email boxes, and are at a 24 business hour response time!
Profiles – Medicine Cabinet – Matte Black – 16” W
- We are currently unable to produce the 16” W Medicine Cabinet in the Matte Black finish. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by mid-November.
Profiles – Lighting
- We are currently unable to produce Profiles Lighting. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by early November.
Freestanding Cartesian, Profiles, and Legs
- We are currently unable to produce the 30” legs. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by the end of November.
Vesper Edgeline 30” H
- We are currently unable to ship the Vesper Edgeline 30” H. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by the 2nd week in November.
Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and stone tops are back to a 4 week lead time.
All other cabinets, wall mirrors, vanities in the Essentials finishes, lighting, and glass tops are back to a 2 week lead time. To review standard lead times, visit here.
Afina Urban Steel
We have expended the Urban Steel mirror lines and added Satin Brass and Black in the 1” frame.
These new additions as well as the rest of the collection matches our Empire frames finishes.
Frigidaire Solution! Liebherr 60″ Duo – CS1400R I/M – CS1401R Spec
The CS-1400R I/M & CS-1401R Combination pair is a great solution for the current marketplace void with the Frigidaire twin columns unavailable until 2Q 21’. Liebherr has had success with several builders who have changed their kitchen spec to this configuration. Considering the Frig niche at 66” width, the builder increases their usable countertop space by 6” and provides a more universal 60” width niche for future replacement requirements.
The best solution would be to use the CS-1400R I/M for right side and CS-1401R (no ice, left swing) along with the SBS kit and 5” header to fill the 72” height.
Hydrosystem Lead Time Update
At this time, due to COVID, Hydro Systems has changed their lead times for all orders. Orders will now have a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks.
Their 24 Hour Program is also on hold.
Hydro’s Systems factories have been struck with COVID and due to close proximity and source tracking it has impacted overall production.
They are working hard to get caught up. Due to requirements to quarantine and to have a negative test before returning back to work, they cannot be specific as to when things will normalize. Hopefully it will be soon.
Americh Drop-In Drain
Below is the video on the Americh drain installation. This drain can be used with Americh and even other brands of free standing tubs.
I can tell you the offset hole is the biggest difference as it will allow you to get closer to a wall versus the competition. Please let us know if this helps or if they have any additional questions.
