I wanted to reach out and thank everyone very much for all their support of our BlueStar brand.

Our Dual Fuel Range has been doing incredible. 50% of all our customer LEADs right now are these units. We have been closing an extremely high number of them. If for any reason you haven’t floored one for display yet, I highly recommend it as these models are in high demand.

Dealers continue to rave about all the Dual Fuel Range features and benefits it offers:

The other positive trend of late has been the interest towards our column refrigeration product line. This option is popular right now no matter who the brand is but ours does offer SS interior, the flexibility of easily customizing with paint, and or trim plus it also comes panel ready. Here is a video on our columns you can check out and share with customers as well. We also have excellent lead times on these units as well. No heater kits needed when putting next to one another.

Lastly, we continue to have success with our lower priced RCS line up this comes in 30in, 36in and 48in. The model offers sealed burners or open burners. The RCS range is on sale at $800 off any unit with extremely quick lead times. This will run till the end of June right now. Highly recommend anyone considering Bertazzoni, Verona or some other look type brands that your customer should consider getting the quality RCS at an awesome price. We also offer our buy more save more promo so if they get an RCS and one of our hoods they get the $800 off plus the $750 rebate when our hood is included as well.

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and Engineered Stone Tops are at a 4-week lead time.

All other cabinets, wall mirrors, vanities in the Essentials finishes, lighting, and glass tops are at a 2-week lead time.

Bertch Oasis Lead Times

Due to high demand, we would like to inform you of a temporary change in our lead times.

For our Oasis products, the lead time will be extended to 6 to 7 weeks, effective immediately. However, our cabinet orders will continue to be filled within the standard lead time of 4 to 5 weeks.

Please note that if your order includes both a vanity and a top, it will be subject to the Oasis lead time. If you prefer your vanities to be shipped within the standard lead time, we recommend placing separate orders for Bath and Oasis products. Rest assured, this change will not affect your ECO charge.

For those with existing orders who wish to separate them, please contact Bath Dealer Services at bath@bertch.com or 319-268-2590. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding.

We believe this is a short-term issue and anticipate returning to our standard lead times soon.

Aker/Maax Medallion Sticker

Important

The serial number embedded in the medallion is required for warranty. Please do not remove.

Our medallion stickers provide an easy way to find warranty information concerning your product. We are now adding a cling sticker advising against removal of the medallion and the serial number embedded in it.

To ensure the quality and authenticity of your product, it is crucial to keep the medallion sticker intact. This cling- type sticker does not leave any residue on your product and serves as a reminder to everyone that the medallion should be left on the product. Our medallions provide the entire history of the product it is attached to.

We understand it may be tempting to remove the sticker, but please refrain from doing so as they are needed for warranty purposes. This sticker protects the homeowner’s limited lifetime warranty, reduces repair lead time, and ensures correct materials and parts are shipped to service partner.

Emtek and Schaub System Transition and Customer Impact

As part of the continued transition of Emtek and Schaub from ASSA ABLOY to Fortune Brands (FBIN), our teams will be experiencing some limited capacity this month, May 2024. This may impact your experience with us. Please be aware of the following milestones of this transition:
Friday, May 10th:
Order Entry:No change in support
Accounts Receivable: No change in support
Customer Service: Unable to revise orders and answer pending questions but able to answer phones, take phone orders, support general inquiries
Monday, May 13th:
Invitations for access to the new FBIN Unified Customer Portal will begin to AA Connect users with full access rights. These invites will come from noreply@emtek.com
Thursday. May 16th:
Order Entry: Orders can no longer be placed in Webshop after 12:30 PST
Customer Service: Unable to take phone orders after 12:30 PST. Phone orders will resume on Monday, May 20th
Friday, May 17th:
All user types will be able to request access to the Fortune Brands Unified Customer Portal on or around this date.
Customer Service: Unable to complete any RGA requests, revision requests, confirm real time order status, and resolve pending orders
Production: Limited to no production or shipping
Order Entry: No order processing of any orders
Monday, May 20th:
Online orders can be placed through the new FBIN Unified Customer Portal beginning on this date.
