Emtek and Schaub System Transition and Customer Impact

As part of the continued transition of Emtek and Schaub from ASSA ABLOY to Fortune Brands (FBIN), our teams will be experiencing some limited capacity this month, May 2024. This may impact your experience with us. Please be aware of the following milestones of this transition:
Friday, May 10th:
Order Entry:No change in support
Accounts Receivable: No change in support
Customer Service: Unable to revise orders and answer pending questions but able to answer phones, take phone orders, support general inquiries
Monday, May 13th:
Invitations for access to the new FBIN Unified Customer Portal will begin to AA Connect users with full access rights. These invites will come from noreply@emtek.com
Thursday. May 16th:
Order Entry: Orders can no longer be placed in Webshop after 12:30 PST
Customer Service: Unable to take phone orders after 12:30 PST. Phone orders will resume on Monday, May 20th
Friday, May 17th:
All user types will be able to request access to the Fortune Brands Unified Customer Portal on or around this date.
Customer Service: Unable to complete any RGA requests, revision requests, confirm real time order status, and resolve pending orders
Production: Limited to no production or shipping
Order Entry: No order processing of any orders
Monday, May 20th:
Online orders can be placed through the new FBIN Unified Customer Portal beginning on this date.
As a reminder, the new Unified Customer Portal (UCP) is designed to enhance your experience with our services. This state-of-the-art portal, will serve as the interface for our customers to interact with Emtek and Schaub digitally, providing a user-friendly, secure, cloud-based, scalable digital environment.
