Effective March 2, the Terms & Conditions for Riobel® products were updated to align with the Terms & Conditions for all House of Rohl® brands. Please find the new T&Cs attached.  A new price book for Riobel® will be published in June 2020.

Please also note that the Parabola™ Collection Price Book Addendum sent out on Monday, March 2, has been improved to better represent the shower valve options. See attached. To further simplify the shower selection process, we are also attaching separate Quick Reference Valve Guides.

We hope you have received your price books at this time and are in the process of familiarizing yourself with the new 2020 book.

In going through the book some errors have come to light, one being a page missing in the Joleena section (Page 35 & 36).

The page was inserted into the book (not glued/bound) for a quick turn around to keep the delivery date on schedule.

Additionally, the index is off in the Hansgrohe price book so we’re attaching a pdf of the corrected index.



Last, in the AXOR book, for special finishes XXX and USA are used interchangeably as place holders for the finish suffix.

When you place your order or quote a client your finish code will go here.


As a reminder,  enhancements to this years book include the following:

• A 33-Page Editorial Spread
• Colored tabs take place of the Step-cut tabs
• A new high efficiency section for 1.8gpm & below showers
