Trevarrow Upcoming Price Increases

Attached are the price increase notices for Cove, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Best. Asko price isn’t increasing at this time. Please by attention to the dates. The estimated price increase is:

  1. 6.5% – Sub-Zero
  2. 5% – Wolf
  3. 5% – Cove
  4. 6.75% – Best
  5. 0% – Asko

   All orders placed by September 30th, and shipped by March 4th, except DF and IR ranges. Dual Fuel and Induction Range models must be shipped by May 6th.

   All orders, except DFs and IRs, will be repriced on March 5th. Dual Fuel and Induction Ranges will be repriced on May 7th.

   The price books will become available late August and early September.

AMI Changes

Happy August AMI Customers! As always, we want to start by thanking all of you for your continued support and understanding as we are working to improve efficiencies and internal procedures.

We have entered a new era with the recent and ongoing pandemic, as many of you know. With many outside factors out of our control, we are focusing our efforts on what we can control and make the necessary adjustments to improve our products and productivity.

Effective immediately, AMI will no longer be offering installation services for cultured marble. At this time, it is important that AMI focuses on the main task at hand, manufacturing custom cultured marble product for you and your customers quickly and accurately. If you have active quotes or orders established with AMI, we will finish out the project as planned. But, effective immediately, we will not be accepting any new measure requests or installation requests. AMI will continue to install solid surface and laminate products.  

Our on-staff installers will be available at no charge to our customers for showroom display installations. At that time, you are welcome to invite contractors to your showroom to get hands on, in person training. If specific training is desired for your contractors, AMI would be willing to discuss one-on-one jobsite training for a cost.

In discussion of these changes, AMI’s current installer, Mike Horning, has decided to take his talents to the next level and start his own business. We are excited for Mike and encourage you to call upon him for measurements and installation requests as he has worked for AMI for many years and is very knowledgeable with installing our product. Mike is currently working on setting up his company and contact information will be shared with you soon.

MYSON Moving Announcement

On or about October 1st, 2021 we are moving our operations from Williston, Vermont to the Seacoast region of New Hampshire (Portsmouth).

This strategic move is an integral step in our efforts to improve service levels, optimize logistics and supply chains and increase our capacity as we prepare for new and innovative products to join our portfolio of solutions.

The new Portsmouth facility will double our warehouse space, be better positioned and more accessible to key seaports and land transportation corridors, meaning we can operate in a more efficient and effective way. We are also building a new training center which will be open to provide expert product training to our customers and partners.

Work on the new facility has already begun and we expect little interruption during the transition period. We have successfully completed a limited number of order fulfillments to ensure that we can maintain our service levels throughout the move.

All contact information, phone numbers and emails will be kept the same, only our physical address will change. As we get closer to the completion we will provide further updates and any changes you need to be aware of. We look forward to sharing these new developments with you and sincerely hope you will continue to be part of the extended Myson family.

THG Temporary Office Closure

Today, I am saddened to announce that our Florida office will be closed until further notice. 

Unfortunately, it has come to light that some of our team members have tested positive for COVID-19. It is therefore our responsibility to ensure that everyone is safe, including our members and community.

Our New York-based team will now become your current resource to answer any calls, questions and provide support and service for everyone.  We will also continue to process all orders with the support of our team in France. However, we do ask for patience, as confirmations may take a few days to be sent out. You may continue to use the same contact information you currently use. 

We appreciate you and thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

We will also inform you as soon as our Florida office reopens.
