| Revised Freight Terms as of June 1, 2022 |
| Dear Valued Partner: Thank you for your partnership as we continue to navigate the highs and lows of these changing times. Our industry has not escaped the cost increases in shipping, both in terms of overseas freight as well as dramatic increases in overland shipping due to the rising cost of diesel fuel. In order to better align freight cost with our freight program, we are updating our freight terms effective June 1st.We are suspending our FFA program.LTL shipping rates will change as follows: |
| FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders that ship LTL on a standard pallet (other than bathtubs and LTL kitchen sinks) are shipped at a per standard pallet flat freight rate of $275 in California, $350 elsewhere in the contiguous United States, and $375 to Canada. Bathtubs incur an additional cost of $150 each. Purchase Orders may not be combined for flat rate shipping. FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR LTL KITCHEN SINKS: Most Native Trails kitchen sinks ship via ground. The few that must ship LTL, as noted in the price book, incur a different flat freight rate, when shipped alone. A single LTL kitchen sink and drain/bottom grid is shipped at a flat rate of $175 in California, $265 elsewhere in the contiguous United States, and $330 to Canada. Please note, we are maintaining the current pallet rate for those Native Trails kitchen sinks that ship LTL.Page 2 of your Native Trails Price Book will need to be updated with these new terms.
