Water Street Brass Updates

Dear valued customer,

I’m writing to give you some updates on what’s happening at Water Street. We’ve been working hard to increase our production capacity while fine-tuning our quality control, and we’re making great strides! I’m sure you’ve seen the results of this hard work in the frequency of the shipments you’re receiving as we continue to focus on delivering on what we promise. As things improve, we will be able to shorten lead times again, and you will receive another email next week detailing this, so stay tuned!

As with many manufacturers within our industry, we are also experiencing increased costs due to labor, high demand of raw materials and supply chain challenges. Therefore, we must institute a price increase on April 1st of 6% on cabinet hardware. Door hardware pricing will not be affected at this time. 

The only collection of cabinet hardware not affected by this increase is Urban Loft. Remember, you can order both Urban Loft and the new Tab Pulls collection now, and you should have received new printed pages showing these collections for your binder over the last few weeks.

We will be sending a digital copy of the price increase in catalog pages as well as an excel spreadsheet in time for the April 1st effective date. Hard copies will be provided when we re-do the cabinet catalog in the next few months. We are excited to announce that it will now be organized by collection!
