I hope everyone is doing well!
I just wanted to send an update reminder that the showroom is open by appointment only.
We have had several folks that were unaware that we are only open by appointment and have made a trip to the showroom and we could not accommodate them.
Please let all clients know that they must call for an appointment. Also, Jim and Rosie have appointment cards available for you as well, if you would like some.
We have been extremely busy so a same day appointments are not always available.
Do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions or want to set up an appointment for your client.
We are here to give your clients the best possible experience in our showroom! Once they have made their appointment will send them an Appointment Confirmation email along with the Showroom Guidelines. (I have attached a copy of the new Showroom Guidelines for your reference as well.)

During a recent training session, we were discussing the power of silence, so I shared one of my favorite sayings:
“A wise person said nothing.”
Then one of the participants said that his Mother always use to say “A still tongue makes a wise head!” I love it! It’s another great saying. They both speak to the importance and power of silence.
Remember that your goal in any conversation should be to do more listening than talking.

You Have The Answers!
Do you remember when the teacher would give you the 20 spelling words on Monday, give you a practice test on Wednesday, and the real test on Friday?
When my kids would complain about having to learn the 20 new words, I would remind them to stop complaining because you already have the answers to the test. All you have to do is prepare and practice and you will get an A+.
So my question to you today is: have you gotten the answers to the test your customer is going to give you so you can close the sale?
Your company will provide some of the answers with training, but you also have an obligation to get some of the answers on your own.

Gerber Price Book Error – Floor Mount Tub Fillers
An error regarding the floor mount tub fillers in the 2020 price book was brought to our attention.
On page 34, the floor mount tub filler section should have read “Shipping early 2021” rather than 2020. This still remains true, as our goal is to begin shipping most styles of these tub fillers in the first part of 2021. As an exact date becomes more firm, we will share any important updates along the way.
We are very sorry for this error and the inconvenience and confusion it may have caused.
We know there are quite a few folks very excited about these products. We are so thankful for your support. We understand how frustrating this shortcoming and mistake is for some, so again, we express our sincere apologies.
Please know we poured diligence and care into preparing this price book with the genuine hope it would be a valuable resource to all our customers and always want to hear feedback on ways we can become better for you.
The page has been corrected and the price book has been updated in the footer of the Gerber website.
