Please see a couple of new designs for our air switches as well as new models for BWO that are not in the current book. We will send updated excel lists over ASAP. 

NEW Deluxe Air Switch DesignsWe have added 2 new designs to our popular Deluxe Air Switch Collection, Introducing a knurled version of the MT957R and a traditionally styled raised air switch button. All made of solid brass construction and available in all finishes. IN STOCK

New BDXE BWOPlease find attached our updated price sheet for the BDXE BWO. We have added a separate model for tubs that require a longer horizontal drain pipe, such as the Victoria and Albert tubs.

Orderling Deadlines for November
With the end of the year closing in as well as numerous updates to our production and ordering software systems, the following ordering deadlines and holiday closings should be noted when ordering your Jason products.
Beginning this week, we are also implementing a 4-week lead time for the duration to allow for changes to the new systems, but we will strive for much sooner!
November 25th, 2020 (by noon): Deadline to order baths equipped with hydrotherapy options to be shipped before December 28th.
November 26-27, 2020: Offices closed for Thanksgiving and system switch.

  • Newport Brass Valves/Roughs = 1 day
  • Newport Brass ReadyShip Products  = 1 week
  • Ginger = 1 week
  • Newport Brass Non-ReadyShip MADE TO ORDER = 4 weeks

Orders entered on/after 11/9/20 will have the updated lead times.
Current orders in-house will remain at their original assigned shipment dates.

  • We are currently surpassing our goal response time of 48 business hours for all email boxes, and are at a 24 business hour response time!

Profiles – Medicine Cabinet – Matte Black – 16” W

  • We are currently unable to produce the 16” W Medicine Cabinet in the Matte Black finish. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by mid-November.

Profiles – Lighting

  • We are currently unable to produce Profiles Lighting. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by early November.

Freestanding Cartesian, Profiles, and Legs

  • We are currently unable to produce the 30” legs. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by the end of November.

Vesper Edgeline 30” H

  • We are currently unable to ship the Vesper Edgeline 30” H. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by the 2nd week in November.

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and stone tops are back to a 4 week lead time.
