To be clear, this is a 10% increase over the price list that we issued on September 6, 2021. Unfortunately, given the current volatility of raw materials and transportation, it is impossible for us to print a new price list at this time. One alternative is to add 20% to the Spring 2019 price list in your binder, which would give you the new suggested retail. This is true across the board except for shower rods. Another alternative is to request a printable price list of just our model numbers in numeric order. To have that emailed to you, please reply to this email with the words Printable Price List and we will email it to you.
Pricing Americh is still working with the October 2021 price book. We are planning to stay with this price book as long as we can.
New products We are working on new photography and specs for the textured product and the ROC shower bases. The Darlington sell sheet is attached.
The price of the Darlington is the same as the Neena and should be on the web site soon.

ANEX We are still on the hunt for a supplier for the ANEX blower. We are currently testing a new supplier and the results are looking positive. We hope to have more for you by the next Memo.
Urban Apron The Urban Apron is getting more attention and some clarification is necessary. The Urban Storage shelf cannot be added to an alcove tub like the Kent or Turo. We use a special mold for this feature that is designed to provide a finished, hidden, tilt-out door and the hardware necessary to open the door and hold the shelf. It’s an actual door in the skirt and not just a cut-out. You’ll need to order a drop-in model with a panel skirt. It can still be made seamless but seamless will cost more.
Defensive packaging In an effort to further protect ourselves from shipping headaches, we are switching to red tinted shrink wrap to ship our products. We have had some issues with shippers removing our products from their original skids or groupings and re-packaging them to suit their loads. By switching to red shrink wrap, the customer will easily see if the product has been re-packaged and potentially manhandled. Charlotte is using it now. North Hollywood should have it in circulation by the end of May. We hope this helps us with communication with the customer and claims with our freight companies.
Website The website is still under construction. We hope to launch it within the month.
