  • OH & KY pull from our NJ warehouse.
  • IN accounts pull from our IL warehouse.
  • Orders can only be fulfilled out of your designated warehouse location.
• The report that I am attaching has been slightly edited to show the most relevant information.
• Incoming units shown are available as of this morning—more accurate ETA’s will be shown when reviewing an order before submitting.
  • If there is no date provided, we are 11+ weeks out due to demand exceeding capacity and U.S. ports currently behind by 4-6 weeks.

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and Engineered Stone Tops are at a 4-week lead time.

Advanced notice that the attached Marvel Consumer rebate is being extended thru the end of this year.  Just a reminder that this offer is only on select models and that this is a Consumer Mail-in Rebate.  Customers can either mail-in the completed form, along with a copy of their retail receipt, or send to us by email.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge and apologize for the recent operational errors and issues that may have impacted our business relationship. I understand that these may
have frustrated you, as well as your clients and placed you and your employees in difficult service situations. 

As a company, we have experienced a very large increase in demand over the last few months, while at the same time suffering from unforeseen staff shortages.  We have however, within that time span, taken steps to review and improve our operations, including the hiring of more staff, to limit and prevent these situations from happening again in the future.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, and we are committed to revitalizing our long term partnership with you.

To that end and as a start, I would like to share, for a sense of clarity around production expectations, our current general lead times:

Current General Production Lead times:

12-13 weeks lead time for Chrome, Nickel, and Gold (non PVD) finishes (A,B,C and some F columns).

14-16 weeks lead time for PVD and other specialty finishes.

We do expect our lead times to reduce by 2-3 weeks after our customary August closure.
