Your architect and designers can also register for the site and order samples directly for their projects. Once they are registered Hansgrohe can add them to their contacts for future communications on new products.

The last few weeks have been challenging as we implemented the new Warehouse Management System (WMS) at our Lumberton, NJ facility. Our operations have been disrupted and our normal shipping capacity has been temporarily reduced. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, recovery will take a little longer than initially anticipated, but I can assure you we are doing everything we can to resume standard lead times.
Until we have a clearer picture on when we will be fully recovered, here is a general guideline: Any orders placed for in-stock product, starting in July and continuing through late August, should expect a 4 to 5 week lead time. We understand these longer lead times will create expedited requests; unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to prioritize orders as the WMS system ships orders oldest to newest.
As soon as we are confident we can beat those extended lead times, we will release another communication. We want to be as transparent as possible as we all navigate this challenging time. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and appreciate your patience as we work diligently to return to standard practices.
Due to an upcoming event, the Waterworks Distribution Center will be closing at 12:00PM ET on Thursday, August 10th.
The cutoff time for Expedited shipments, including service levels S03 (overnight) and S02, (second day) will be close of business Wednesday, August 9th.
The BOC will resume normal business hours on Friday, August 11th.
Attached is the most current factory seconds list. Factory seconds are 25% off price book. All factory seconds have passed testing.
*Please be advised FACTORY SECONDS are 25% off of the most recent Dealer Price Book, have a one year warranty, are sold cosmetically as-is, and may take 4-8 weeks to ship. If the unit is installed by a Facotry Certified Installer, there would be an additional 1 year warranty. No sealed system warranty.
Classic units (CLs) are deemed Factory Second due to a slight, non-repairable cosmetic defect (typically an interior dent/scratch on a non-replaceable component or feature).
All Factory Seconds have to pass testing to validate functionality of the system.
