BLANCO Announcement – WMS Delays

The last few weeks have been challenging as we implemented the new Warehouse Management System (WMS) at our Lumberton, NJ facility. Our operations have been disrupted and our normal shipping capacity has been temporarily reduced.  Due to some unforeseen circumstances, recovery will take a little longer than initially anticipated, but I can assure you we are doing everything we can to resume standard lead times.

Until we have a clearer picture on when we will be fully recovered, here is a general guideline: Any orders placed for in-stock product, starting in July and continuing through late August, should expect a 4 to 5 week lead time. We understand these longer lead times will create expedited requests; unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to prioritize orders as the WMS system ships orders oldest to newest. 

As soon as we are confident we can beat those extended lead times, we will release another communication. We want to be as transparent as possible as we all navigate this challenging time. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and appreciate your patience as we work diligently to return to standard practices.
