Middleby Residential is introducing a new, simplified builder program based on UMRP! Here are the details:

• All brands will have a Builder UMRP (UMRP price sheets to follow)

• Must be licensed Builder, Remodeler, Architect, Contractor, or Designer
• Trade must register and get a Registered Builder Number (RBN)
• Trade to fill out form online and submit for RBN (1-2 minutes) – link: https://middlebyresidential.com/preferred-builder-program/
• Viking program requires two serialized products to qualify
• Designed for builders doing 1-10 homes per year
  • 11 living units + or a value of $150K a Project Support Quote should be used (contact me for Project Support Quote)
• Program cannot be combined with any other Middleby Residential Brand Trade Programs

Most notably, the Viking builder discount has increased (average of 20% for 5 Series and up) and removes the $0 consumer promotion element. Model/parade homes remain at 50% off cost.

When placing an order, please reference the RBN so inside sales can process the order with the appropriate builder pricing as we did with Quote Numbers previously. Each builder must be registered. Please go ahead and have builders complete the registration ahead of any new transactions (https://middlebyresidential.com/preferred-builder-program/) and let me know if you need any assistance with process or ordering.

Here is a quick update for our Bosch & Thermador Lead times -Summary of our key inventory for the top SKUs. Please keep in mind these are estimates.

ü  Refrigeration-All models in stock by end July. Did not see any exceptions.

ü  Dishwashers-most models to be in stock by end July. Exceptions Bosch SHV53CM3N mid August, Thermadorà DWHD660EPR & DWHD640EPR -end of August

ü  Ovens & Ranges-most models to be replenished by end of July beginning August. Model HMV3054U will have a long lead time and check stock for MC30WP and HMC80252UC before promising customers.

ü  Surface & Ventilation all models in stock by July end (HGIP056UC available beginning August and NET8069UC available in September)

ü  Laundry-no issues

ü  Built in Coffee-no issues

Effective immediately Sculpt in Matte Gold has been discontinued.  Robern cannot fill any orders at this time due to a quality issue with the finish.  Robern will be coming out with a new Brushed Brass finish in approximately 9 months.

If you have any on order Robern customer service will be reaching out to see if you want to swap out to other product.

If you have one on display you can replace the frame with a new finish and choose either frame style.  Here is the list of frame model numbers and list prices.  Robern has extended the .18 special display multiplier. See attached including instructions on how to swap out frame only.
