I am writing to inform you of the removal of the Preceria Collection from our RODA line, effective December 1, 2019.

In October of 2010, Preceria was introduced as one of the original collections in the RODA brand. At that time, the RODA brand comprised of eight designer collections featuring luxury frameless heavy glass, and represented one of the biggest and most comprehensive product launches in our history. As sales of the Preceria Collection have decreased, and other collections have been added to the RODA brand, we find it necessary to remove Preceria from our product offerings.

We look forward to the continuing evolution of the RODA collections with additional luxury frameless enclosures.

An updated version of the RODA price list is available on the Basco website: www.bascoshowerdoor.com and Preceria will be removed from all marketing materials as soon as possible.

Americh has been tinkering with a quick reference sheet that might help you choose a product from the large Americh product selection.  Attached is a first pass at a quick reference sheet.  The goal is a concise, quick reference by overall shape and length with a few notations for undermounts and ADA product.  If you want to add a massage system or other accessories, you’ll refer to the price book once you’ve narrowed down the bath product.  Your thoughts are welcome.

New procedure/guidelines:

Blanco will no longer require images of the MLD or RTR stickers from the underside of the sinks. 

For all return requests Blanco will require the below information.

Required information for all requests;

Ø  Blanco America Inc product # and description

Ø  Original PO# (or any of the following- invoice, packing list, sales order #)

Ø  Quantity

Ø  Reason for return (brief description of defect and location)

If it is a defective return request, in additional the above information, Blanco will also require;

• Nature of the defect

• Location of the defect
• Picture top view of the complete sink & the defect

Once the request is reviewed, determination of Scrap in Field vs return to Blanco will be confirmed and our customer service team will advise accordingly.
