BLANCO- New RGA Procedure

New procedure/guidelines:

Blanco will no longer require images of the MLD or RTR stickers from the underside of the sinks. 

For all return requests Blanco will require the below information.

Required information for all requests;

Ø  Blanco America Inc product # and description

Ø  Original PO# (or any of the following- invoice, packing list, sales order #)

Ø  Quantity

Ø  Reason for return (brief description of defect and location)

If it is a defective return request, in additional the above information, Blanco will also require;

  • Nature of the defect
  • Location of the defect
  • Picture top view of the complete sink & the defect

Once the request is reviewed, determination of Scrap in Field vs return to Blanco will be confirmed and our customer service team will advise accordingly.
