• We are currently unable to produce the 16” W Medicine Cabinet in the Matte Black finish. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by mid-November.

Profiles – Lighting

• We are currently unable to produce Profiles Lighting. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by early November.

Freestanding Legs

• We are currently unable to produce the 30” legs. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by the end of November.

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and stone tops are back to a 4 week lead time.

All other cabinets, wall mirrors, vanities in the Essentials finishes, lighting, and glass tops are back to a 2 week lead time. To review standard lead times, visit here.

Just a heads up on our Standard Shipping – please include an added 4-5 days to your regular transit times. Added time is needed to pack orders and prioritize shipments. Expedited service is not affected, only standard shipments/ground service.

Please READ the following information so I might help you plan correctly going forward:
*    Emtek has always been proud of their ability to build and ship within 1-3 days.  Due to the increased demand starting in June 2020, orders have increased substantially and as we head toward winter, orders & high demand continue to grow, which is quite normal.
*    Emtek holds the loyalty of everyday dealers very high.  Meaning, currently, Emtek has had many opportunities to accept one off “large project work” orders, that would diminish inventory levels substantially.  Emtek prefers to not take that work currently in order to maintain inventory to be able to build our loyal dealers orders during this Very unusual time.*  UPS is another concern at this time.  We are seeing order delivery times being extended beyond our 3 day air freight free due to  the high demand UPS is experiencing and this will only worsen as we get closer and closer to the holidays I fear.  Of course, Emtek has no control over what UPS is able or unable to do.*    Be aware……if you want to pay for Next Day Air or 2nd day air WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, Emtek will build and ship as quickly as possible.HOWEVER, IF YOU SUBMIT THE ORDER THEN TRY TO CHANGE TO EXPEDITED SHIPPING, the build time will NOT be changed, only the shipping time once the order is built.*    I feel it is very important to be honest and give you information so you can plan ahead to help you keep your customers satisfied with deliveries etc..  I would honestly plan for orders to arrive 3-4 weeks after your order is placed.The good news, Emtek has planned several new product introductions between now and the end of the year.  Please watch for my emails on these beautiful new products!
