Gerber® Maxwell® & Maxwell® SE Products Allocation Update

Due to historically high ocean freight costs and to uphold our product and service standards, we previously announced, that effective August 1, 2021, the temporary suspension of production on all Round Front variations in our Maxwell® GMX21952 and Maxwell® SE GSE21152 vitreous china product lines, with the promise to reevaluate after 90 days

It has been determined that we will continue to maintain this suspension. We are continuously monitoring the situation and will revisit production of Round Front models of Maxwell and Maxwell SE toilets late in the first quarter of 2022.

We will continue accepting Round Front orders in our Viper® line (subject to order allocation limits).

Also in August due to a sustained increase in demand, Maxwell lavatories were added to the product allocation list. To ensure a timely recovery of standard operation around these items, we are retroactively lowering the allocation limits as of December 1.

As a reminder, the below products remain on allocation:

Maxwell SE toilets
Maxwell lavatories
Viper toilets
Avalanche® toilets

TOTO Super Navigation Menu:

We excited to show you updates to the top navigation menu that will enhance the overall user experience on the website — the Super Navigation Menu.

Currently live on the website,

 Enables Customers to easily locate popular product types and product models through a straightforward parent/sibling tab structure

 Helps customers locate product pages of popular product models through hotlinks to each product (or shop all)

 Has the awards and features/benefits easily linked in the navigation

 Drives customers deeper into the website for more consideration and sales-related activities

TOTO Toilets Middle Page:

You can find the TOTO Toilets Middle Page in the super navigation menu under Products -> Toilets –> About TOTO Toilets

This new landing page is designed to be the “features and benefits” traffic cop page that user’s visit, as well as consider and compare different TOTO toilets by a host of considerations (design, type, aesthetic).

This page will increase “find a showroom”, as well as increase TOTO fans and overall brand awareness. Finally, it’s much easier to navigate to product pages, all while getting familiar with our top-shelf TOTO products.

Customers can now see:

 A TOTO Toilets Comparison Chart of our most popular toilet models

 Shop All Toilets or pick specific models via a sub-navigation menu

 Learn more about upgrading to a WL+ (middle page coming soon)

 Locate their nearest showroom (already geo-location enabled to show their nearest 3 showrooms)

Additionally, we’ve built a TOTO Toilets Configurator to help them determine which TOTO toilet is right for them, delivering a result and to shop/learn more about that product.

We retired our previous TOTO Store in September 2020 and out with old, in with the new!

In collaboration with Sales Integration, Customer Service, Tech Services, eCommerce and Marketing, we are excited to present you a brand new portal for TOTO replacement parts!

You can find the TOTO Parts Store under the Support Tab in the super navigation menu or via directly to the New Website! https://totousaparts.com/

This portal includes:

 High resolution images of the most commonly requested replacement parts

 A direct-to-cart purchasing system for TOTO customers

 A left hand navigation of common product types to simplify a search

The Stock Market will continue to offer discounted shipping rates with minimal updates in our best effort to insulate our customers from the immediate volatility in freight.  These new discounted thresholds and flat rate fees are listed below and will go into effect on December 15th, 2021.
