| Due to historically high ocean freight costs and to uphold our product and service standards, we previously announced, that effective August 1, 2021, the temporary suspension of production on all Round Front variations in our Maxwell® GMX21952 and Maxwell® SE GSE21152 vitreous china product lines, with the promise to reevaluate after 90 days It has been determined that we will continue to maintain this suspension. We are continuously monitoring the situation and will revisit production of Round Front models of Maxwell and Maxwell SE toilets late in the first quarter of 2022. We will continue accepting Round Front orders in our Viper® line (subject to order allocation limits). Also in August due to a sustained increase in demand, Maxwell lavatories were added to the product allocation list. To ensure a timely recovery of standard operation around these items, we are retroactively lowering the allocation limits as of December 1. As a reminder, the below products remain on allocation: Maxwell toilets Maxwell SE toilets Maxwell lavatories Viper toilets Avalanche® toilets Thank you for sticking it out with us during these challenging times.
