Hansgrohe will be closing at 12pm on Thursday April 1st and will remain closed until Monday April 5th in observance of Good Friday and the Easter holiday.
Please make sure to have any expedited orders (overnight, 2nd day air) sent to orders@hansgrohe-usa.com by 11am on Thursday to allow time for processing.

Curnayn Vendor Lead Times
As you are seeing lead times across our industry continue to increase. In an effort to keep you updated and so you can try and plan as best possible here is what I am currently aware of in regards to our major manufacturers.
Bemis Seats: 5 – 7 business days.
Blanco America: 10 – 15 business days.
Gerber: 2 – 3 weeks for standard partial truck orders.
ThermaSol: 10 – 12 business days.
Viega: 15 business days.
UPS Next Day and Second Day deliveries are not included in the above lead times and the above times do not include transit time.

It immediately reminded me of the importance of clarifying expectations early in the conversation. You don’t want to wait until after the delivery of the product or service and then find out that expectations were not met. They have to be clear, realistic, and accepted by the buyer and the seller up front so there is no misunderstanding.
When you don’t have that clear understanding, you are setting yourself up for resentment to happen.

LG PROMO CALENDAR
Please see the attached updated LG promo calendar. Please note there are a few late changes to the upcoming Earth Day promo. All front load and top load laundry have now been removed from the promo as well select refrigeration.
The WM3600HVA/ DLEX3600V, WM4000HBA/ DLEX4000B, and WM4200HBA/ DEX4200B are still on promo on the current March Savings promo through March 31.
Hydro Systems Emergency Price Increase EFFECTIVE 4/1/21
Due to unforeseen increases in raw material costs Hydro Systems will temporarily implement a 10% price increase on all products effective April 1, 2021.
There will also be increases on Hydro Indulge and Hydro Blanket. All other individual options will not change in price.
Attached is a letter explaining the price increase. Also, in the attachment is a revised excel price list with the new pricing. A revised pdf version will be available in the next week or so.
Additionally, printed price books that will be available next month will not have the correct pricing due to the increase. Hydro will be putting the attached sticker on the inside cover with a QR code that will explain what has happened and direct you to their website.

- We are currently unable to produce the UC48276RP3E4N. We expect to begin production the 1st week in April. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the 2nd week in April.

- For open orders, we expect to be able to ship by March 26th.

- We are currently unable to produce the M Series Medicine Cabinets – 20” W x 30” H – Arch, Bevel. We expect to begin production the 1st week in April. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the 2nd week in April.

- We are currently unable to produce the Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 48” H – Matte Gold. We expect to begin shipping again by early May. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the middle of May.

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and Engineered Stone Tops are at a 4 week lead time.
