Due to the rising demand on freight carriers and transportation services, Waterworks will be implementing a cost increase on all outgoing freight effective Monday, September 6th.  The freight increase will consist of a flat 5% increase for ALL service levels (Ground, 2-Day, Overnight).

The added strain on domestic and global supply chain continues to grow with fees and accessorial charges being passed down. The main contributing factors include fuel price increase, additional surcharges, along with capacity and labor shortages.  

OVERVIEW DETAILS:

·         This 5% increase is for ALL carriers & ALL service levels for US & International

·         Sales Quotes will convert with increased freight beginning 9/6/21

·         Sales Orders will only be impacted if changes are made to orders

·         PO’s that have already been placed will not be impacted unless product is added after 9/6/21

Berloni Bagno throughout 2021 has continued to grow and is now displayed in multiple show rooms around the US. We have received positive feedback from teams and clients regarding the versatility, color options, and once received – the quality. As your team is already aware, Berloni Bagno pieces are custom, and hand made in Italy. They take pride in their work and quality, and this is the reason for the 12+ week lead time when ordering. However, our warehouse in Cleveland has a variety of units in stock ranging from 24” to 42” units.

We have arranged an inventory list (attached) that provides your team with information regarding the units, basic need to know knowledge, and photos for reference to show your client. As these units are in stock in our Cleveland warehouse, they can be shipped same / next day Monday-Friday  if your client does not require additional drilling. If your client prefers an 8” widespread, the NET pricing is $50.00 and adds 2-3 business days while the basin is sent out.

As you are aware, the entire appliance industry is experiencing unprecedented supply chain shortages.  Viking is experiencing a component shortage that affects the production of Viking Induction Cooktops, Ranges and Tuscany Series Ranges featuring an induction cooktop.  The only induction models not effected at this time, are the Virtuoso Induction cooktops.  Manufacturing is working with suppliers to develop a replacement for this component, but at this time Viking’s best estimate is that they won’t be back in production until Q2 2022.

Please know that we will temporarily stop accepting orders for the affected models until we are ready to go back into production and can provide appropriate lead times. Please do not take any orders for:

• Viking Model VICU53014BST (5 Series 30” induction cooktop)
• Viking Model VICU53616BST (5 Series 36” induction cooktop)
• Viking Model VIR53014B (5 Series 30” induction range)
• Viking Model TVDR4814I (Tuscany Series 48” range with 4 gas burners and 2 induction burners)
• Viking Model TVDR6616I (Tuscany Series 66” range with 6 gas burners and 2 induction burners)

Attached is a list of all models that should be temporarily put on hold within your system.

Please also know that due to an availability issue with this griddle, Viking will need to delay shipment of open orders for the CRG7VGR (Viking 7 Series Accessory ViChrome Griddle) until approximately March 1, 2022. Additional orders will not be accepted until further notice.
