Attached is a memo with new product announcements from Sub-Zero. The units are not in production yet. The models and pricing will be sent out in the first quarter of next year. We anticipate product availability in Q4 of 2022 and Q1 of 2023.

   Any displays being planned for the fall of 2022 should include these models.

   There are no changes to panel dimension on the designer series, rough opening dimension, and electrical and water supply location.

Individual phase out and clearance items will continue to be available at a discounted net price via the “Fairmont Sale” listing (also attached). 

Basco
Extended Lead Times

We regret to inform you that Basco is currently experiencing extended lead times for the following doors in Brushed Nickel (BN), as well as Brushed Bronze (BB) and Brushed Gold (BG):

• Classic semi-frameless sliding tub and shower doors (3400/3500)
• Infinity semi-frameless sliding tub and shower doors (4400/4500)
• Deluxe framed sliding tub and shower doors (6150/7150)

They expect this outage to be brief and hope to return to normal lead times very quickly. All other finishes for these models are currently shipping at their regular lead times.

In observance of the upcoming holidays, please take a moment to review important cut off dates and closing schedule for the Waterworks Support Center and Distribution Center.

Waterworks will be closed on Friday, December 24^th & Monday, December 27^th.  

·         Cutoff for PO order entry is Wednesday, December 22^nd at 6PM ET

·         All PO’s received after Wednesday, December 22^nd will be entered on Tuesday, December 28^th

As a company we will maintain normal business hours on Tuesday, December 28^th.

Waterworks will also be closed on Friday, December 31^st.

·         Cutoff for PO order entry is Wednesday, December 29^th at 6PM ET

·         All PO’s received after Wednesday, December 29^th at 6PM ET will be entered on Monday, January 3^rd

As a company we will maintain normal business hours on Monday, January 3^rd.
