ANNOUNCEMENT – HURRICANE NICOLE

Dear Valued Customers, 

Please be advised that we expect the next weather update on Tropical Storm Nicole to upgrade it to a Category 1 hurricane making landfall late Wednesday evening into early Thursday morning along the east coast of Florida and impacting the entire state.  Our Customer Service, After Sales, Accounting, Purchasing and Marketing teams will be operational tomorrow, November 10th, with limited staffing as weather permits.  

We have diligently improved our technology and equipment to allow our office staff to work remotely to deliver minimal disruptions to our customers and clients.  This could obviously change if Pinnacle team members experience a loss of power. 

We have been notified that this weather event will impact our shipping services.  All of our carriers have informed us that they will not be operating on Thursday as it will not be safe for their trucks to be on the road.  There also is a possibility that carriers will pause the movement of trucks late Wednesday afternoon as wind speeds increase, which would decrease the number of shipments our warehouse team can ship to dealers today.  We anticipate being back to full normal operation on Friday, November 11th.       

We hope that everyone remains safe during the storm. 

We greatly appreciate your support and patience during this emergency and will let you know once we are back to normal operation after this weather event.

Rangetops and Cooktops 2 weeks as well.

Most hoods are now 2-5 weeks as well with some custom models 5-6 weeks for Bonanza, Hampton, Wrangler, Sahara and more.

Refrigeration continues to do well for us. Freestanding in stock in SS one week or special pricing for various color options on price and only a few more weeks to get those custom models.

Built in 36in Refrigeration is 6 weeks right now too French and Single door models.

Longer lead times on Columns but we are still selling them. No heater kits needs and various sizes available including custom painted doors, trim and even panels.
