Waterworks Distribution Center Closing Early | Wednesday November 16th

The Waterworks Distribution Center will be closing at 1:00PM ET, Wednesday, November 16th.   

The cutoff time for overnight and expedited delivery will be at 10:00AM ET, Wednesday, November 16th. 

The Waterworks Distribution Center will resume normal business hours on Thursday, November 17th.  

Please reach out to your Regional contacts with any issues that may require escalation.

Basco 2022 Thanksgiving Holiday Shipping Schedule

In preparation for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, we want to inform you of our revised shipping schedule for the upcoming weeks. Basco will be closed on both Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving (November 24th & 25th). We have also scheduled an Inventory Day on Thursday, December 1st resulting in an additional day of non-production and no shipping. 

Basco Holiday Shipping Schedule
 
Week of 11/14
Basco trucks running as normal
LTL/UPS shipments that normally get 5 day lead time will ship as normal until 11/17 then lead time will be extended into week of 11/21
 Week of 11/21 (Thanksgiving Week)
All Basco semis running with smaller routes to ensure drivers back on Wednesday
Any customers not shipping on semi shortened route will ship LTL w/ no freight charges
 Week of 11/28 – Basco Inventory 12/1 (non-production/non-shipping day)
LTL/UPS shipments that would be due to ship 12/1 will ship 12/2
All Basco trucks will deliver as normal

These beliefs don’t always have to be about yourself, either. They could be about how the world works, ideas, and how you interact with people.

Often, we are unconscious of what we believe and how those beliefs affect our actions. 

Our limiting beliefs can cause us to miss out on the things that we want most, and our empowering beliefs can drive us toward the life we want to live.

Attached you will find our current/inbound inventory report, updated daily on our Miele Dealer Portal.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Inventory levels shown are as of this morning’s start of business.
  • We are not taking new orders on dish yet—I will update everyone as the situation develops.
  • Unless the unit is physically in stock, we cannot guarantee ETA’s provided by the dealer portal due to the continuing global supply chain disruption and congestion at our inbound ports .
  • Availability will change and fluctuate as a result of orders and stock movements throughout the day.
  • The inventory available is determined by the warehouse that serves your location:
    • OH & KY pull from our NJ warehouse.
    • IN accounts pull from our IL warehouse.
    • Orders can only be fulfilled out of your designated warehouse location.
  • The report that I am attaching has been slightly edited to show the most relevant information.
  • Incoming units shown are available as of this morning—more accurate ETA’s will be shown when reviewing an order before submitting.
    • If there is no date provided, we are 11+ weeks out due to demand exceeding capacity and U.S. ports currently behind by 4-6 weeks.
