Due to ongoing power outages due to the storm earlier this week, the Waterworks Corporate Office and Distribution Center will be CLOSED again today.
Please note that the power outage has impacted our telephones, including our Main Service & Support queue (800-927-2120) and our Direct Sales queue (800-899-6757) – Callers are unable to get through. We are aware of the issue and are working diligently to resolve.
Associates that are able to work remotely are available today via email. If you should need to check the status of an order, please email BPorderstatus@waterworks.com and someone will assist you with your request.
We hope to have our phones back up and operational today and will provide an update as information is available. Any issues that require escalation please contact your Market Manager.

Hello,
Last night Brewster, NY and much of the Northeast was struck by powerful thunder storms producing high winds, hail and tornados. As a result, power is out throughout the area with downed trees and power lines.
Matco-Norca’s Brewster office communication lines and computer systems are temporarily down, causing our other distribution centers to also be down. Hopefully power will be quickly restored and we can begin processing orders.
We will keep you posted in our progress and thank you for your understanding.
