As many of you are aware, the US Government announced a new round of tariffs yesterday that will have a significant financial impact on our business, an impact that HHI cannot absorb. As a result, we will be passing along a cost increase to our customers in the very near future. While we are still working to finalize details around implementing an increase, we wanted to make sure that our customers were notified as soon as possible.

Attached you will find a letter from Tim Goff providing an initial notification to all customers of a cost increase due to the tariffs.  Please send this letter to all of your customers and team members immediately. We will follow up later this week with a second letter that provides details around both how the cost increase will be executed as well as when it will take effect.

We wanted to make you aware of the following revisions that have been made to our New Price List #60, effective September 15, 2018:

1. Pricing on the following two items was revised:

• PMCB8 was changed from $19.00 retail down to $17.00 retail
• JT1BD was changed from $340.00 retail down to $290.00 retail

2. Rim Latches will only be sold in combo sets, so the following Items have been deleted from the Price List:

• AT1BR, AT2BR, AT3BR, AT4BR, AT5BR, AT6BR, RTWBI, RU6BI, RU5BR, RU4BR, RSABR, RSBBR, RTABR, RTBBR

3. Shutter Hardware will only be sold in combo sets.

      If ordering for Brick, it must be noted on the orders so the appropriate part PKT40 can be added (at no charge).

      If you have a website, please be sure to provide a selection option for wood or brick.

• The following Items have been deleted from the Price List:  AK5BQ, AK7BQ, AKDBQ, RK5BQ, RK7BQ

1. The CP3 series, the WTT32I series, and the IQ blowers all decreased in price.
2. Blowers, except IQ models, will increase in price on October 7^th.
