As many of you are aware, the US Government announced a new round of tariffs yesterday that will have a significant financial impact on our business, an impact that HHI cannot absorb. As a result, we will be passing along a cost increase to our customers in the very near future. While we are still working to finalize details around implementing an increase, we wanted to make sure that our customers were notified as soon as possible.
Attached you will find a letter from Tim Goff providing an initial notification to all customers of a cost increase due to the tariffs. Please send this letter to all of your customers and team members immediately. We will follow up later this week with a second letter that provides details around both how the cost increase will be executed as well as when it will take effect.
