BERTCH HAS REPLACED THE WHITE 3D LAMINATE

Hi,
As of January 1, 2017, Bertch is now using a new white 3D laminate in all Bertch divisions. They made this change because the new laminate is a better match to the white painted face frames on white 3D laminate cabinets. It is important that you know it has a slightly different texture than the old laminate. This affects the Linea Series only, so the Arcadia, Dresden, Insignia, and Prism style doors only!
If you ordered any white 3D laminate samples or displays in 2016, Bertch will replace those items for free. They will replace only the doors and fronts of any cabinets since that is all that would have changed. We would need to know when approximately it was ordered, so that we can find the original order and request the new materials. Anything ordered in 2015 will not be included in this swap.
We also encourage you to get a sample of this on display! 2017 flex funds are now available and can be used!
