Myson 2023 Holiday Operations Schedule

The last day Myson will be shipping orders this year will be December 15th. For any orders that arrive after 12:00pm, we will do our best to fill them, but we cannot guarantee they will meet the pickup times.
We will reopen for normal business operation on January 2, 2024. **********We have an updated price book coming also effective January 1, 2024, which is being finalized and expected to be distributed early next week.*************
We would like to also take this time to send to you and your families our warmest wishes this holiday season. We thank you for your support and continued business.
As a reminder to get your orders in before the 15th, you will see the following messages on invoices, sales orders, and in each of our signature panels:

Moen Tenon KT Open for Order

Tenon is available in Chrome, Spot Resist™ Stainless, Matte Black and Lifeshine Brushed Gold – each faucet comes with a finish-matching handle and a teak wood handle option to mix textures and add an element of customization. The natural wood finish further softens the modern design and creates a sense of peacefulness. All faucets will be packed with a wood handle care card included in the box. This care card outlines the bespoke nature of the teak wood handle and enables our consumers to maintain the beauty of the finish for years to come.
Currently, only mechanical pulldown and bar faucets are open for order and shipping for the wholesale channel. Motion Control skus will begin shipping in 1Q 2024. SOD Displays will begin shipping in December.

Fairmont Designs Update

As we have been communicating Fairmont Designs is closing their bath division effective January 31st 2024.
With the news, Fairmont still has some inventory that needs to be sold off and now just a few weeks to sell it off. Please find the below discounts on all products going forward.
A few points:
1) Discount structure starting today for all dealers: (see attached flyer)
50/50/20 (.20) for all orders
50/50/40 (.15) for all orders $5,000.00+ net
2) Fairmont will continue to accept, process and ship PO’s until January 31st, 2024, based on product availability.
3) All PO’s are subject to availability – there will be no back orders. Any orders that are received with sold-out items will be contacted asap. If you choose to change product mix Fairmont will need answers within one business day or all other products on order will be released.
4) Always a good idea to check stock before ordering, but it is on a first come first serve basis.
5) Orders for the S-200WH Undermount Sinks will only be accepted when ordered along with a corresponding quartz top.
6) All orders are final. Fairmont will not accept any “customer error / regret” returns.
7) Fairmont will continue to warranty bath product for manufacture issues through December 31, 2024
8) Policies / programs such as IMAPP, Co-op, displays, etc. have all been suspended effective immediately.
9) As stated in the letter while the bath division is being closed, Fairmont Designs as a company will remain in business.
