A followup to Fairmont closing:

• Discount structure starting today for all dealers:

50/50/20 (.20) for all orders

50/50/40 (.15) for all orders $5,000.00+ net 

• Fairmont will continue to accept, process and ship PO’s until January 31st, 2024, based on product availability. They have a container coming in this week, but that will be the last production shipment that will be coming in.

See attached letter from Fairmont Design. Basically, they will be stopping operations Jan 31^st, 2024.

A few notes:

• They will continue to conduct business and ship orders through Jan 31, 2024.
• Warranty for any Fairmont Designs – Bath products will be honored through December 31, 2024. 
• Over the next few weeks, I am sure we will see extended discounts on remaining inventory.
• Please call with me or Marcy with any questions.
